1. Registration & retainer fees must be paid at time of registration.
2. Medical fees and tuition must be paid prior to the first day of class.
3. If you selected to pay annually, tuition and all fees are due by the 1st of September of the current academic year.
4. If you selected to pay per term, tuition & medical fees are due on the first day of nursery for that term.
5. If you have decided to pay the term fees in 3 installments please provide 3 postdated cheques. The first monthly payment cheque must be made out on a date before start of term and the remaining two postdated cheques should be made out on or before the 1st of each subsequent months.
6. The “settling in” procedure is considered an essential part of your child’s program. Therefore, full fees apply (i.e.
   there is no pro-rata fee reduction).
7. One time registration & medical fees are annual fees that are non-refundable and non-transferable.
8. Method of payment: cash, cheque or bank transfer. It is your responsibility to provide a copy of the transfer advice copy. We will not be able to trace payments.
9. Late tuition & medical fees: there is a late penalty of 50 dirhams for everyday that the fees are overdue. A grace period will be given for one week only for applicable late charges.
10. If fees are still not paid at the end of the first week of the term, your child’s place cannot be guaranteed.
11. In the advent of a dishonored cheque. A bank fee of 100 dirhams for each return cheque will incur. In addition, late penalty fees will be levied beyond the due date.
12. 25% of the tuition fees are required in advance to secure your child’s place for the forthcoming academic year. This is non-refundable, non-transferable should you choose to withdraw your child from the nursery. However, this 25% will be deducted from the first installment.
13. Retainer fees are only returned with written notice of 3 months prior to the first day of school.
14. If you wish to withdraw said child before the term begins a written notice, 3 months prior to the first day of school, must be given to the management. If notice is not given prior to 3months, all fees and tuition will not be refunded.
15. Partial term fees are non-refundable inclusive of reduction in hours, days or said child leaving the nursery.
16. Small World Nursery management reserves the right to add, modify and/or amend the above terms from time to time at its absolute discretion.
17. Small World Nursery reserves the right to exclude any child whose fees remain unpaid.
18. Small World Nursery reserves the right to withhold any school assessments until all outstanding installments have been settled.
19. Small World Nursery reserves the right to refuse re-admission unless all previous outstanding balances have been settled and if installments are not paid in the manner stated herein.
20. Small World Nursery reserves the right to make any changes and exceptions to the fee policy at our discretion, at any time.
21. I waive all claims against the nursery, its owners and employees and agree to abide by the nursery’s policies, terms and conditions.
22. I have read and accept the terms and conditions laid down in the prospectus, parent handbook & registration documents.
